Where is my Order?

If you have ordered online you will receive email updates. Most orders are shipped within 3 working days if all the items are in stock. Please note for orders containing dispensary items such as prescriptions, bespoke blends, dried herbs and single tinctures, many are made to order and can take longer to prepare and ship - please allow more time for your order to arrive if you are ordering several of these items.

Please note our mailorder department is operational Monday - Friday only. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped from the following Monday.

UK Shipping and Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt of your order. Parcels are despatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service for orders under 2kg and Parcelforce UK for orders over 2kg. Orders should usually arrive within 5 working days of leaving us.

It is very rare that parcels go astray. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery before you inform us of a missing or lost parcel. Please note that the Royal Mail™ do not consider a parcel lost until 15 days have passed and parcels will not be re-sent until this time.

Track your parcel

Contact our mailorder department to get your track and trace number and enter it into the Royal Mail™ online Track and Trace service to view your order's delivery status.

International Orders & Customs

Orders despatched to destinations outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked service for parcels under 2kg. This service generally takes 5 - 7 working days, but (rarely) can take up to 12 weeks. Orders over 2kg are shipped by Parcelforce Worldwide service and are trackable. A signature is normally required for larger parcels. Due to the nature of International delivery we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to your parcel en route. This includes parcels that may become misplaced during transit.

Whilst we do everything we can to ensure customs clearance of your order, we advise that you check with your local customs office before importing anything into your country that may be stopped or have charges applied. From 1st January 2021, this will now also apply to all EU countries due to Brexit.

Napiers the Herbalists will not be held liable for charges in the case of your order being stopped, charged for or disposed of at customs in any country.

Customers in Turkey, India, China, Russia and South America should check with their countries customs offices as these countries are particularly liable to charge import duty and taxes for shipments.

Please also note that the importation of herbs into Australia is prohibited. If in doubt, customers are advised to check with customs offices in their own country about the importation of any potentially prohibited goods.
