In her teenage years, she struggled with an eating disorder that took a toll on her physical and mental health.
Consumed by anxiety and depression, she felt constantly stressed and lost. She was determined to find a way to heal and get better. Through therapy, support groups, and inner work, she overcame the eating disorder and developed a strong foundation of mental wellness.
This journey has given her a clear understanding of the importance of self-care, and it has inspired her to help others in similar situations.
Multilingual professional living and working internationally, she has gained valuable experience in different cultures and socio-economic factors.
In her leadership roles within the tourism and hospitality sectors, she has honed her skills in motivation, delegation, and instilling self-development in others.
She has trained as a Sophrology practitioner and Wellbeing coach, learning techniques to help support others in various approaches suited to each individual’s circumstances. As she continues to learn and grow, she is taking the next steps on her path, training to become a psychotherapist using CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
Her ultimate goal is to empower individuals to find inner peace and a deeper connection with themselves, allowing them to embrace each experience and live life fully.

Our practice is mainly based on the fundamental principles of Sophrology. This discipline aims to harmonise the body and mind using Western practices and Eastern philosophies, such as relaxation techniques, phenomenology, dynamic body exercises, breathing and visualisation.
We also combine coaching techniques and Cognitive Behavioural therapy for optimal results and offer tailored sessions for your needs. Taking the time to invest in your development and care for yourself can be difficult and requires energy.
