INGREDIENTS
Made from pure powders of: Senna alexandrina (Senna Leaf), Plantago ovata (Psyllium Husk), Rhamnus cathartica (Buckthorn), Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek), Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice Root), Zingiber officinale (Ginger Root), Cinnamomum verum (Cinnamon Bark).

Contains liquorice people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.

DIRECTIONS
Take 1/4 or 1/2 a teaspoon on the tongue, washed down with a glass of water in the evening before bed. Not for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are on medication or your condition persists for more than 7 days contact your herbal practitioner or general practitioner.

Pouches: Packaged in a biodegradable stand-up resealable pouch. Made with 45% - 60% renewable wood pulp starch. When placed into a composting environment the pouches will biodegrade to compost within 3 months.
