The Rowan Tree
Found in the Highlands of Scotland, rowan berries are often the last plants to be found high up on mountain path and are traditionally known for their resilience and endurance of harsh environments.
Perched on a rock face the hardy little rowan tree will be the last of the tree line and cheery sight to any forager on the hills.
In Scottish folklore rowan berries have been used for millennia to ward off evil spirits and enchantment. Now we use natural rowan berry vitamin c to ward off the daily stresses and free radicles our skin faces.
