To maximise absorption, take one tablet twice daily, on an empty stomach—approximately 30 minutes before a meal or two hours after. Children aged 3–12 can take one tablet daily.

Ingredients
Each tablet contains yeast extract, rice starch and a herbal extract blend (spinach leaf, nettle leaf, fennel fruit, carrot root and centaury herb) making up approximately 16 percent of the formula. Ferric iron is provided as ferrous gluconate. The herbal base also includes rosehip dry extract supplying vitamin C. The vitamin component includes niacin (as nicotinamide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), thiamin (thiamine hydrochloride), riboflavin, folic acid and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). Bulking and coating agents include microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, shellac, and various safe emulsifiers and stabilisers.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products can be serious, particularly in children.
