Claire sees a range of patients as part of her general practice. However, Claire’s background in education and bodywork has led to a special interest in young people as well as female hormonal health; including perimenopause and menopause, where common issues arise such as hormonal imbalances, skin complaints, mental health, stress, digestion complaints and sleep issues. Claire has also trained as a Menstruality Mentor with Red School. Claire is passionate about the power of the menstrual cycle as we move through different transitions in our lives.
With over 15 years of experience working in clinical settings, Claire uses a range of biomedical tools to assess her patients, calling on her orthodox medical training as well as traditional medicine disciplines, curating holistic treatment protocols to help bring the body back into balance. She has worked as a massage therapist since 2010 being trained in Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Holistic Massage. Sessions with Claire are warm, patient-centred and therapeutically held.
With a strong background in facilitation, forest school and mentoring, Claire delivers a range of empowering educational programmes as part of her practice; helping people develop their own therapeutic connection with nature, offering accessible ways to bring herbs into one’s daily life through diet and seasonal foraging tips.
