In the free 30 min consultation, we get to know each other a little: I hear about your concerns, challenges and health goals and I tell you how I can help. The call does not constitute a full nutritional consultation.

One off Consultation:
You fill in an intake form, a two week food, hydration, lifestyle and exercise diary and a waiver form.

We have a 2 hour consultation, at the end of which, you can decide to stop here with a concise action plan and a diary review with some simple recommendations. Or you can progress to the next stage and sign up for one of the three month programmes below depending on where you’re at in your nutritional journey.

Investment: £207.50

Duration: 120 min one off consultation, 15 min review call and a 30 minute follow up call.

Follow ups or future consultations within the year: 60 minutes at £60.

NB: Follow ups or future consultations beyond a year since the initial consultation will require a new consultation at its full price of £237.

This consultation style is perfect for you if you want to have an initial consultation with me.

Or if you want to tweak a specific aspect of your nutrition, or you’re thinking about what kind of foods you need to eat for something specific like the menopause, for example.

It could be that you’re happy with your nutrition but are wondering how or whether you could improve your diet, if you’re doing everything right with it.

It could be a good start to get you on the right track of nutrition and supporting your health if you are very busy, for instance, or just want to start with the most important things.

The One - off consultation is the space to ask and discuss specific questions and concerns about your diet and current eating habits, foods as well as state your health goals.

In order to help you with this, I will ask you to complete a 2 week food, hydration, lifestyle habits and exercise diary before our consultation, which I will review with recommendations and suggestions of alternatives.

Within the two and a half hour consultation, I will provide you with an immediate concise action plan and recommendations to optimise your diet and reach your health goals, which you can implement in your own time.

You can decide to stop here with those simple recommendations or you can progress to the next stage and sign up for the three month programme below depending on where you’re at on your nutritional journey.

Balance and Resilience Programme

Duration: 12 weeks
Who for: ideal if you emotionally eat, struggle losing weight; feel the need to feel full, eat for avoidance or to distract yourself and want to look at the
emotional root cause of your eating habits.

This 12 week programme is perfect if you want to address your emotional cravings in a laser focus fashion and begin a relationship with your internal world in relationship with food using food and also movement as medicine.

You crave sweet or salty foods; find yourself snacking during your afternoon slump, or seeking comfort. You consume food when you are not actually hungry.

In this programme, we explore the historical roots of your pattern of emotional cravings, with the means of a timeline exercise, a body mind mapping, which includes tools from Focussing, and the Chinese 5 Element Resilience Process.

The timeline exercise details your life experiences from birth to date. Together, we look for patterns in terms of key events, patterns of emotions and diet.

The mind body mapping, also called Radiant Thinking and Moving, is a self reflective process and tool for deepening and understanding unconscious influences. It’s a process that uses knowledge, wisdom, movement, the body, creativity and the two sides of the brain. It involves working with a wounded self, a knowing self, a wise self, and their longing.

Radiant Thinking & Moving is an intuitive process that invites asking open ended questions to bring in information, insights, understanding and knowledge needed for a shift, transformation.

Focussing is a way of sensing into your felt bodily senses, being with and listening to your bodily experience and wisdom. I use a process of enquiry, which helps you delve deeper into the drivers for emotional eating.

The Chinese 5 element resilience process uses a set of 3 questionnaires, which assess your adaptation type, essentially your coping mechanisms when dealing with stressful situations. This is a useful tool to revisit every year. Your adaptation type is an interconnected body-mind dynamic mirrored in the 5 Chinese elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water.

Who for: appropriate for women, and men, starting on their long term nutritional journey and or wanting to embark on self healing.

A nutritional and lifestyle programme to build a foundational diet, also known as transition diet.

The programme involves health coaching with “before” and “after” photo of yourself, your weekly shopping, support with motivation, willpower, building new habits, tracking progress, planning, setting goals, and pacing.

Laying the Foundations includes:
- Learning about health building and disease forming foods and any other educational information you require
- Gradually adding health building whole foods and following a plant based diet if desired
- Gradually, removing and replacing disease forming foods
- Ensuring adequate hydration, sleep, exercise, rest and relaxation, social connection, space to process and reflect

This 12 week support programme uses your unique personal information and blueprint from your iris to guide treatment and prevention for health building.

This phase helps you hone in on the foundational changes you’ve made in the previous Laying the Foundations programme and take time to integrate them in your life, in the way that works for you.

Living the Change includes:
- Adding the cycles of cleansing, transition and health building diets
- Adding nurturing lifestyle behaviours
- Improving relationship with time
- Use of natural therapies
- Addition of medicinal herbs – these are not included in the investment for this programme
- Optional addition of purchasing your own new kitchen equipment

You will learn:
- To understand your hereditary, constitutional inherited strengths and weaknesses, information about your body systems, pathways to disease and health through a foundational iridology assessment

Where appropriate and in line with your needs, this programme offers the invitation to include more raw foods, living and fermented foods in your diet.

Elevate your Health includes:
