How To Use Better You Magnesium Sensitive Body Spray - 100ml

Spray 5–10 times onto clean skin (avoiding eyes), then massage in for better absorption. Apply post-bath or shower to open pores and help uptake. Contains approximately 600 sprays per bottle. Each 10-spray dose delivers 100 mg of elemental magnesium. Store at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
