Exercise. It's tempting when the weather is cold, and particularly when it rains incessantly, to stay indoors. Try to get out and about for a brisk walk 2 or 3 times a week. Not only will it help your health and immunity but it will also cheer you up, as exercising has been shown to lift the spirits in those suffering from depression. Even in low light levels, your body will still make some Vitamin D when you are outside and this helps to keep you healthy too.
