Tinctures of Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm), Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice root), Astragalus membranaceus (Astragalus), Echinacea angustifolia and Echinacea root. Extracted in: Ethanol beet and grain alcohol.

Adults: Take 5ml (teaspoon) in a little water or a warm drink, 3 times a day throughout the month while feeling stressed (especially if prone to cold sores or herpes outbreaks), unless otherwise directed by a practitioner. Do not exceed the stated dose.If you wish to avoid alcohol, put a teaspoonful of the blend into half a cup of hot water from the kettle and wait for five minutes. The hot water will evaporate off much of the alcohol.

Contains liquorice people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption. Contains alcohol. Not all herbs are suitable in pregnancy, breastfeeding or for young children, or if you are unwell, have health concerns or an ongoing illness.
