Finding The Right Herbs For You

In my experience, one of the most common symptoms for menopausal ladies is those uncomfortable hot flushes and night sweats. Both sage and black cohosh can be beneficial. You'll find a blend of both in our Midlife Mix.

Hormonal shifts can bring about other changes such as mood swings and anxiety. Many women find Vitex Angus-castus helps to balance their hormones. It can be found in teas, like our Midlife Tea, alongside a number of herbs to help you stay cool and calm.

St John's Wort is also a herb that can help with low moods and anxiety.

Wendy's Top Herbal Pick

One herb I always recommend is rosemary. It's readily available and has a lovely smell. It's brilliant for circulation, especially up to your brain, making it a wonderful herb for my menopausal ladies who are having brain fog issues, It really helps with memory and concentration.

I was having terrible anxiety an hot flushes the other night, couldn't sleep, soi reached out for this cream, applied pea size to wrist and rubbed both wrists together. Oh my word, all symptoms stopped within seconds an I fell asleep.

Understanding Menopause

Menopause typically occurs between the ages of 45 and 55, although the timing may vary for each individual. It marks the end of menstruation and the decline in reproductive hormones such as oestrogen and progesterone.

As hormone levels fluctuate, women may experience a wide range of symptoms that can affect their quality of life.

Common menopausal symptoms include hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, sleep disturbances, vaginal dryness, decreased libido, and changes in bone density. Additionally, menopause can have an impact on cardiovascular health, cognitive function, and overall emotional well-being.

At Napiers, we believe in taking a holistic approach to menopause support, addressing the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of this transition. Here you will find a collection featuring a variety of herbal and natural remedies that have been carefully selected for their potential to alleviate symptoms and promote overall well-being.

As well as this, we have a number of resources to help empower you to support your wellbeing through menopause and beyond.
