Napiers After Dinner Mint Mixture

Delicate Digestion? Sip Our Pleasant Tasting, Soothing Digestif After Meals.

After Dinner Mint Mixture is a traditional digestif blend of Peppermint oil, Fennel seed extract and Acacia. It is very easy to use. Just put a teaspoonful in a little water (warm or cold) and sip after meals to aid digestion.

Mint has been used for centuries worldwide as an after dinner drink, most commonly as a milder mint tea, to aid and support healthy digestion. Fennel seed also has a long history of use and fennel seed water was traditionally given to babies to prevent colic, griping and windiness while breastfeeding. (This product is not for babies though!)

Extracts such as tinctures or essences offer a convenient alternative to herbal teas. Many are used in food, food supplements, cosmetics and as an ingredient by herbalists in prescription formulas.

Choosing the right herbal remedy depends on various factors, including your specific health concerns, medical history, and any current treatments. It’s advisable to consult with a herbalist or naturopath who has experience in herbal medicine to help guide your choices.
Herbal products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure that containers are tightly sealed to maintain their potency and prevent contamination. Follow any specific storage instructions on the product label to ensure maximum efficacy.
The shelf life of herbal products varies depending on the form of the product and its ingredients.
