Napiers is thrilled to be joined by Dylan Petkus, MD, MPH, MS (Not licensed by choice) for a special live webinar exploring what often goes unspoken about sleep apnoea, and the everyday, non-invasive strategies that may help make sleep more restorative. Sleep apnoea is one of the most under-recognised sleep disorders, yet it has a profound impact on energy, focus, and long-term health. This event is designed to shed light on why it happens, and how simple, non-invasive strategies can make a real difference. Dylan’s expertise and personal story bring hope and practical insight to a condition that affects so many lives.
Whether you are a current sufferer of sleep apnoea or just want to improve your sleep quality then this webinar is for you.
Understanding sleep apnoea
Millions struggle with sleep apnoea, but few are ever told why it happens, or what simple steps may support better breathing at night.
Sleep apnoea is a condition where breathing repeatedly stops and starts during sleep. The most common type — obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) — occurs when the airway becomes blocked due to relaxed muscles or soft tissues. This can cause loud snoring, gasping for breath, poor sleep quality, and daytime fatigue. Left untreated, sleep apnoea can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and reduced quality of life.
Why natural approaches matter
Conventional treatments such as CPAP machines and dental devices are highly effective, but not everyone can tolerate them. This has led to growing interest in non-invasive, natural strategies that focus on breathing, airway muscles, and overall health. These approaches don’t replace medical care, but they may help reduce symptoms and improve wellbeing when used alongside standard treatment.
About the webinar
In this one-hour session, Dylan Petkus will share his personal story of overcoming sleep apnoea naturally and explain the framework he now teaches others. Expect practical, easy-to-follow insights you won’t hear in a 10-minute GP appointment, including:
- How Dylan identified the root cause of airway collapse and found ways to address it.
- The A.I.R. Method (Activate • Integrate • Recharge) — a simple three-pillar system that supports natural breathing at night.
- Why one overlooked mineral may play a role in breathing rhythm and sleep quality.
- A tongue placement technique that can help stabilise the airway during sleep.
- How breathing patterns and daily practices can make a difference over time.
Live Q&A
We’ll close the webinar with a dedicated Q&A session. This is your chance to have Dylan address the most common questions about sleep apnoea and natural approaches. To keep the discussion focused and accessible for all:
Questions must be submitted in advance when you register for the event. If you would like to submit a question, you can do so by tapping here.
Please note: Dylan cannot provide personal medical advice or comment on individual cases.
