Ingredients
Each two-capsule serving contains: fish oil (providing 1072 mg omega‑3s, including 450 mg DHA and 96 mg EPA), zinc oxide (3 mg, 30% NRV), with antioxidant protection from mixed tocopherols, in a softgel composed of fish gelatine, glycerol, silicon dioxide, caramel colour, and zinc oxide. May contain traces of macadamia, almond, and sesame oil.
This product is not suitable for vegetarians as it contains fish oil and fish gelatine capsules. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are taking blood-thinning medications (such as warfarin or aspirin) or if you have a diagnosed bleeding disorder. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.
