Ingredients
Each capsule contains: vitamin C as ascorbic acid 500 mg, magnesium ascorbate providing magnesium 17 mg, calcium ascorbate providing calcium 28 mg, zinc ascorbate providing zinc 5 mg, and citrus bioflavonoids (85 percent hesperidin) 50 mg. The base is alfalfa and the capsule is plant-cellulose.
