How To Use Viridian Vegan EPA & DHA Oil

Use the dropper to take 0.5 ml two to four times daily for adults. Children aged one to twelve years can have half the adult intake. Avoid touching the dropper to the mouth. Store in a cool, dry place; once opened, refrigerate and use within six weeks. Do not exceed the stated dose unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Ingredients

Each millilitre contains marine algae (Schizochytrium sp.) oil, chia seed (Salvia hispanica) oil, natural orange oil and vitamin E (as D‑alpha tocopherol). Typical fatty acid content includes alpha‑linolenic acid (ALA) 222 mg, DHA 150 mg, EPA 75 mg, linoleic acid 89 mg and oleic acid 29 mg.
This is a food supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Once opened, refrigerate and use within six weeks.
