Each two‑softgel serving delivers sustainably sourced Scandinavian rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) oil (98.5%) and rosemary extract (1.5%) as a natural antioxidant. It supplies approximately 432 mg total omega‑3 fatty acids, including DHA (200 mg), EPA (70 mg), ALA (68 mg), DPA (24 mg), and other omega‑3s (70 mg); plus omega‑6 (336 mg), including linoleic acid (290 mg), GLA (5 mg), and other omega‑6s (41 mg); omega‑7 (155 mg); and omega‑9 (768 mg), all encapsulated in a softgel comprising fish gelatin and vegetable glycerol.
