How To Use Viridian Electrolyte Fix Liquid

As a food supplement, adults may take 2.5 ml (half a teaspoon) up to 10 ml (two teaspoons) daily as required. For children aged 8–14, up to 2.5 ml daily. Dilute in one litre of water, juice, or other cold drink to create an electrolyte-fuelled beverage. Up to 2.5 ml daily may also be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not exceed the stated dose unless advised by a healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.

Ingredients

Each 2.5 ml serving (half a teaspoon) contains naturally occurring ionic minerals from Great Salt Lake brine, including chloride 398 mg (50% NRV), magnesium 46 mg (12% NRV), sodium 127 mg, and potassium 132 mg (7% NRV), plus a range of trace and ultra-trace elements within purified water.
