How To Use Viridian Organic Valerian Root 400mg

Take one capsule daily with food, or as advised by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the stated dose. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation unless advised.

Ingredients

Each vegetarian capsule contains: Organic Valeriana officinalis (valerian) root, 400 mg, encapsulated in plant-cellulose.
This supplement may cause daytime drowsiness, dizziness, or digestive upset, so it is advisable to test your tolerance before driving or operating machinery. It should not be mixed with alcohol or other sedatives, including benzodiazepines or prescription sleep aids. There is not enough evidence to confirm safety during pregnancy or breastfeeding, so it should be discontinued unless medically advised. In rare cases, liver effects have been reported, and anyone with liver concerns should consult a healthcare provider.
