How To Use Viridian Organic Omega 3:6:9 Oil 200ml

Take one to three teaspoons daily with food. This versatile oil can be added to smoothies, salads, soups, or taken directly from the spoon. Do not exceed the stated dose unless advised by a healthcare professional. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within six weeks

Ingredients

Each 5 ml teaspoon contains organic golden flaxseed oil (48 percent), organic hemp seed oil (36 percent), organic avocado oil (6 percent), organic evening primrose oil (5 percent), and organic pumpkin seed oil (5 percent). This provides approximately 1520 mg alpha-linolenic acid (Omega 3), 1520 mg linoleic acid (Omega 6), 70 mg gamma-linolenic acid (GLA, Omega 6), and 760 mg oleic acid (Omega 9)
