How To Use Viridian Magnesium Citrate Powder

As a food supplement for adults, stir half a level teaspoon into water or juice and drink once daily. Children aged 6 to 12 years should use a quarter level teaspoon. Do not exceed the stated dose unless advised by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children.
