Each vegetarian capsule contains a high dose of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 50 mg. It also provides vitamin B3 (niacinamide) 50 mg, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 20 mg, vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate) 20 mg, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 20 mg, choline bitartrate 8 mg, inositol 20 mg, biotin 200 µg, folic acid 200 µg, and vitamin B12 (adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin) 20 µg. All are blended in a base of alfalfa, spirulina and bilberry and enclosed in a plant-cellulose capsule
