Each vegetarian capsule provides vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 200 mg, vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate) 50 mg, vitamin B3 (niacinamide) 50 mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 12 mg, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 20 mg, choline bitartrate 8.2 mg, inositol 20 mg, biotin 200 µg, folic acid 200 µg, and vitamin B12 as adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin 20 µg. These nutrients are blended in a base of alfalfa, spirulina and bilberry and encased in a plant-cellulose capsule
