Ingredients
Each level teaspoon, approximately 3.5 grams, provides calcium from carbonate and citrate 400 milligrams, magnesium from oxide and citrate 300 milligrams, vitamin C as ascorbic acid 500 milligrams, and zinc as citrate 10 milligrams. These nutrients are blended in a base of malic acid 973 milligrams.
