Each vegetarian capsule contains a 15 mg mixture of natural beta-carotene and other carotenoids from Dunaliella salina algae (providing beta-carotene 15 mg; cryptoxanthin 117 µg; alpha-carotene 474 µg; zeaxanthin 96 µg; lutein 75 µg), all in a base of alfalfa, spirulina, and bilberry encapsulated within plant-cellulose.
