Prescription TCM Blends

Buy your prescription TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) herbal blend. Select the size you need and any optional extras such as encapsulation.

If you require your granules to be encapsulated or made into pills, a surcharge applies for the extra processing. When ordering, please order the 100g Granules as the core price and then add the capsules or pills option as an additional product per 100g of granules you are ordering.

HOW TO ORDER

Your prescriptions are listed in your store account. View my prescriptions.

1. Open My Prescriptions and find the blend you need. You can filter the list by Awaiting Payment (ready to pay for), Active (paid or completed, and usually reorderable), Ending Soon (due to expire within about 14 days) and Expired.
2. Choose Add to Cart on the prescription card. Some prescriptions let you choose a size at this point. Pick the size your practitioner recommended unless they have advised otherwise.
3. Check out when you are ready. Your order is then prepared by the dispensary, and the status on My Prescriptions may show as paid or being prepared while it is fulfilled.

If a prescription is missing from the list, use the "Don't see your Prescription, click here" option on the My Prescriptions page and order it using the details from your label.

Please follow any directions or notes on your prescription label.

EXPIRY DATES AND RENEWALS

Most prescriptions have an end date, and you can order and reorder freely until that date.

• Before the end date: use Add to Cart as shown on the prescription card.
• Ending soon: shown when less than about 14 days remain. Plan a reorder, or speak to your practitioner if you may need more.
• Expired: once the end date has passed you cannot reorder as before. Use Request Repeat so your practitioner can review and renew if appropriate.
• Ongoing prescriptions: some prescriptions are marked as ongoing, with no fixed end date. These do not expire in the same way and can usually be reordered while they remain active.

A repeat request is reviewed by your practitioner. It is not an automatic reorder. If your symptoms or other medications have changed, please tell them in the request note.

DISPENSING AND DELIVERY

Your order will be matched to the personal prescription that your herbalist has approved for you. This service is only for patients of a registered practitioner.

Please note our dispensary requires a minimum of 2 working days notice for all prescription orders to be made up, as these items are bespoke.

Orders will be shipped via the fastest shipping method once the prescription is ready. For fairness to all patients, prescription orders are processed on a first come, first served basis.
