How To Use Optibac Intimate Flora For Women

Take one capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. For specific needs, the dose may be increased to two capsules daily as professionally directed. Capsules can also be opened into cold food or drinks. Suitable for long-term daily or intensive short‑term use.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains 2.5 billion live cultures of Lactobacillus paracasei F‑19®, L. rhamnosus GR‑1®, and L. reuteri RC‑14®. Capsules are vegetarian and include maltodextrin as a carrier, with the shell made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stabilised with microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate.
