Napiers Wild Yam Cream is a botanical moisturiser made with wild yam root extract, a plant traditionally valued for its naturally occurring diosgenin. It is especially popular among women during menopause and perimenopause, when skin can feel dry, uncomfortable or in need of additional support.

Napiers Wild Yam Cream

Apply a pea sized amount to clean skin once or twice daily. Alternate application areas between the inner thigh and upper arm for best absorption.


For those following traditional timing:
- During menstrual cycles: Begin on Day 12 and continue until Day 28.
- Outside of cycles or for men: Use consistently, one to three times daily as preferred.

Napiers Magnesium Oil Spray

Spray Magnesium Oil directly onto muscles, joints or areas of tension. Massage into the skin and allow to absorb. 10 sprays per day for adults. A tingling sensation may occur when first using magnesium oil and usually settles with regular use. Apply in the evening to support rest and recovery, or after physical activity for muscle comfort.
