A powdered blend of Ulmus rubra (Slippery Elm Inner Bark) 50%, and Althaea officinale radix (Marshmallow Root) 50%.
Add a teaspoon to a little water to make a paste, then dilute to drink. Or add to porridge. Take 15 minutes before meals or afterwards. Follow with a full glass (250ml) of water. Take this supplement at least 2 hours away from any medication.
Keep out of reach of children. Store sealed in a cool dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
