How To Use Napiers Plantain & Eyebright Compound

This product has a spicy and warming taste. Sip, gargle and swallow 2.5ml (half a teaspoon) diluted in a little water up to 3 times daily. Shake well before use. Do not exceed stated dose. or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before use.

Ingredients

Sugar beet and grain ethanol (alcohol), water (aqua), Sanguinaria canadensis (Blood Root), Phytolacca americana (Poke Root), Euphrasia officinalis (Eyebright Herb), Plantago lanceolata (Ribwort Plantain Leaf), Achillea millefolium (Yarrow Herb), Viburnum opulus (Cramp Bark), Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap Herb), Valeriana officinalis (Valerian Root), Capsicum frutescens (Cayenne fruits), Cimicifuga racemosa (Black Cohosh Root), Mahonia aquifolium (Oregon Grape Root). * If you wish to avoid alcohol, put a teaspoonful of the blend into half a cup of hot water from the kettle and wait for five minutes. The hot water will evaporate off much of the alcohol.
