Magnesium Spray: Aqua (deionised water), Zechstein Magnesium Chloride. Magnesium Oil: Spritz onto the body wherever the need is felt. Especially good when massaged into back or leg muscles. 10 sprays provides 200mg of pure elemental magnesium. Some tingling may naturally occur when first applied and indicates rapid absorption. Use Napiers magnesium spray as often as wanted and repeat frequently. Shake before use. Magnesium Cream: For optimal results, use as a part of your bedtime routine for a minimum of 4 weeks. Gently massage onto clean, dry skin up to 30 minutes before sleep. Suitable for use all over the body. Focus on areas such as the neck, shoulders and legs. For soothing aching muscles, massage into affected area.

Magnesium Oil: Safe to use for children under the age of 12, but limit to 5 sprays per day. Suitable for use whilst pregnant and breastfeeding. External use only.
