Contains: Sugar beet ethanol (alcohol), Aqua, Harpagophytum procumbens (Devil's Claw), Salix alba (White willow bark), Viburnum opulus (Cramp bark), Zanthoxyllum clava herculis (Prickly ash bark).
Adults: Take 5ml to 10ml in a little water followed by a glass of water, or a drink, up to 3 times a day, unless otherwise directed by a practitioner. Do not exceed the stated dose.If you wish to avoid alcohol, put a teaspoonful of the blend into half a cup of hot water from the kettle and wait for five minutes. The hot water will evaporate off much of the alcohol.
