Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm), Rosa canina (Rosehip), Hibiscus sabdariffa (Hibiscus Flowers), Achillea millefolium (Yarrow), Arctium lappa (Burdock Root), Pinus sylvestris (Pine Needles), Taraxacum officinale radix (Dandelion Root), Zingiber officinale (Ginger Root), Cinnamomum verum (Cinnamon Bark). May contain traces of: Celery, tree nuts and cereals containing gluten.
Infuse 2 tsp in a large teapot of boiling water. Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and add honey or lemon to taste.
