Crataegus laevigata fol & flos (Hawthorn Leaf & Flowers), Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm), Schisandra chinensis (Schisandra Berry), Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap), Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary), Cymbopogon citratus (Lemongrass), Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha), Smilax ornata (Sarsaparilla), Tabebuia impetiginosa (Pau D'Arco). May contain traces of: Celery, tree nuts and cereals containing gluten.
Infuse 2 tsp in a large teapot of boiling water. Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and add honey or lemon to taste.
