How To Use Higher Nature Daily Nutrients For Vegans - 28 Days Supply

For adults and teenagers aged 13 years and over, take one daily strip (containing one tablet and two capsules) with breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of very young children.

Ingredients

The trio comprises a high‑strength multivitamin/mineral, a gentle iron complex, and a natural calcium source with live bacteria: Actives (vitamins & minerals): Vitamin A, D₃, E, K₁, C, B‑complex (B₁, B₂, Niacin, B₆, Folic Acid, B₁₂, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid), Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Manganese, Selenium, Chromium, Molybdenum, Iodine. Base and forms: Marine‑sourced lithothamnion calcareum, calcium carbonate and citrate, magnesium citrate and oxide, ferrous bisglycinate and gluconate, acerola complex (vitamin C source), methylfolate, methylcobalamin, cholecalciferol. Probiotic: Bacillus coagulans. Other ingredients: Capsule shell materials (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), cellulose, inositol, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate.
Contains iron and calcium. As iron may cause gastrointestinal discomfort in sensitive individuals, it is recommended to take with food. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Use under medical supervision if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a health condition, or on medication (especially blood‑thinners). Keep out of reach of children. B‑vitamin intake may result in bright yellow urine; this is harmless.
