How To Use Hifas da Terra Mico-Five capsules

Take one to two capsules daily on an empty stomach, preferably before breakfast or lunch, with water. Do not exceed the stated dose. For improved beta-glucan absorption, a vitamin C source such as Askorbato-K HdT may be taken alongside. Store below 25°C in its original packaging and consume within five months of opening.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains extracts of organically grown Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Maitake (Grifola frondosa), Shiitake (Lentinula edodes), Sun Mushroom (Agaricus blazei), and Chaga (Inonotus obliquus), along with acerola (Malpighia glabra) as a natural source of vitamin C. The formula delivers standardised levels of polysaccharides including beta-glucans, alpha-glucans, triterpenoids, and naturally occurring compounds such as ergosterol and ganoderic acid.
