Adults should take four to six capsules daily with meals. Children aged thirteen years and over may take two capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Complete Omegas 3:6:7:9 90 capsules
Ingredients
Each daily serving of four capsules provides concentrated fish oil delivering a minimum of 680 mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 480 mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The formula also includes borage oil providing at least 180 mg gamma linolenic acid (GLA), sea buckthorn oil providing at least 43 mg palmitoleic acid (omega 7) and virgin olive oil providing at least 112 mg oleic acid (omega 9). All ingredients are encapsulated in a gelatin capsule. The oils are screened for purity, including PCBs and pollutants, and the starflower oil is certified free from pyrrolizidine alkaloids.
