Contains: Sugar beet ethanol (alcohol), Aqua, Red Sage Root (Dan Shen) Salvia miltiorrhiza, Cleavers Galium aparine, Blackjack Bidens pilosa.

Adults: Take 3 - 5ml in a little water followed by a glass of water, up to 3 times a day, unless otherwise directed by a practitioner. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the stated dose. If you wish to avoid alcohol, put a teaspoonful of the blend into half a cup of hot water from the kettle and wait for five minutes. The hot water will evaporate off much of the alcohol.
