Each capsule provides chelated iron (42.5 mg elemental iron), supported by vitamin C, a B‑complex including methylcobalamin and folate, copper for iron transport, zinc, manganese, selenium, L‑cysteine and a bioflavonoid complex. The formula is completed with botanicals including beetroot, spirulina, chlorella, broccoli and spinach for additional nutritional support.
