Meet Natasha:
Natasha is a qualified medical herbalist, forager, and mycotherapist based in the Cairngorms. She practises both in Napiers’ general herbal clinic and the CLAID Clinic (Covid, Lyme & Infectious Diseases), bringing a deep understanding of chronic stress and immune health.

Having qualified from the University of East London, Natasha blends academic training with a lifelong relationship with plants, from family allotments to wild foraging in the Highlands. She now teaches walks and workshops as the in-house forager for The Fife Arms in Braemar and is a director of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH).
