How To Use Napiers Valerian & Chamomile Blend

Adults: Take 5ml in a little water followed by a glass of water, up to 3 times a day, unless otherwise directed by a practitioner. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Ingredients

Sugar beet ethanol (alcohol), Aqua, Verbena officinalis (Vervain), Valeriana officinalis (Valerian root), Matricaria recutita (German Chamomile flowers), Avena sativa (Oat seed), Crataegus laevigata fol & flos (Hawthorn leaf & flowers), Lactuca virosa (Wild Lettuce), Lavendula angustifolia (Lavender flowers), Sambucus nigra fructus (Elderberry), Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower), Tilia europaea (Lime flowers), Piscidia erythrina (Jamaican dogwood). If you wish to avoid alcohol, put a teaspoonful of the blend into half a cup of hot water from the kettle and wait for five minutes. The hot water will evaporate off much of the alcohol.
