How To Use PremEeze Agnus Castus 400mg 60 capsules

For premenstrual symptoms, take one capsule twice daily, in the morning and evening, with water. Swallow whole, do not chew. Effects may take several months; continuous use for up to three months is advised. Intended for adults aged 18 years and over.

Ingredients

Each hard capsule contains 400 mg of Agnus Castus fruit (Vitex agnus-castus L.). The capsule shell is made of hypromellose, making it suitable for vegetarians.

Do not take this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 years of age, or if you have a known allergy to Agnus Castus. Consult your doctor before use if you have a pituitary disorder, an oestrogen-sensitive condition, or if you are taking medications such as dopamine agonists or antagonists, oestrogens, or anti-oestrogens. If symptoms persist or worsen after three months, seek medical advice. Possible side effects may include nausea, headache, digestive discomfort, skin reactions, dizziness, or menstrual irregularities. Keep out of the reach of children and store below 25 °C in the original packaging.
