The ideal study buddy! This tea, formulated by our expert herbalists, helps support memory, energy, and immunity. These are all great for studying, revising and test taking.

The destressing properties of lemon balm and rhodiola have been combined with gotu kola, fennel, rosemary and ginkgo to support cognitive health and memory.

Complemented with the antioxidant properties of lemongrass and anti-inflammatory properties of liquorice root to give you a rounded and delicious tea to support your studies.

Many teas are sold in teabags these days. Our Napiers herbal teas are not and there are good reasons why not. A teabag only contains around 2 or 3 grams of very dry, finely chopped or powdered herbs. We believe that not chopping herbs into tiny pieces, which dries out their natural oils, helps to preserve their beneficial goodness.

Infuse 2 tsp in a large teapot of boiling water. Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and add honey or lemon to taste.
Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm), Centella asiatica (Gotu Kola), Cymbopogon citratus (Lemongrass), Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice Root), Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel), Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary), Rhodiola rosea (Rhodiola), Ginkgo Biloba (Ginkgo). May contain traces of: Celery, tree nuts and cereals containing gluten. Contains liquorice - people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.
Do not take if you suffer from hypertension. Not all herbs are suitable in pregnancy, breastfeeding or for young children, or if you are unwell, have health concerns or an ongoing illness.
