Take one or two capsules each morning—preferably on an empty stomach and before a meal—with water. To enhance absorption of beta‑glucans, consider co-administering with one or two tablets of Askorbato K‑HdT (vitamin C). Do not exceed the suggested intake. Store under 25 °C, keep in the original packaging, and consume within five months of opening.
