How To Use Hifas da Terra Mico-Leo capsules

Take two capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach before breakfast or a main meal. For enhanced absorption of beta‑glucans, consider taking them with a vitamin C supplement such as Askorbato K‑HdT. Store below 25 °C in the original packaging and consume within five months of opening.

Ingredients

Each two‑capsule serving contains approximately 990 mg organic Lion’s Mane extract (Herizumib®), packaged in vegetarian capsules (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water, and concentrated purple carrot juice), plus acerola (Malpighia glabra) supplying around 12 mg natural vitamin C (15% NRV). Bioactive compounds per serving include: β‑(1‑3),(1‑6) D‑glucans: ~200 mg α‑glucans: ~25 mg Hericenones C and D: ~4,742 µg Ergosterol (vitamin D₂ precursor): ~350 µg GABA: ~35 µg
