How To Use Better You Multi Vitamin Daily Oral Spray

Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek and hold for a few seconds before swallowing any excess liquid. Replace the cap after use. Adults: use 4 sprays daily, taken together or separately.

Ingredients

Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), ascorbic acid (vitamin c), niacinamide (vitamin B3), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), medium chain triglycerides, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin 5-phosphate (vitamin B2), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulators (citric acid and sodium hydroxide), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), vitamin A acetate (vitamin A), folic acid (vitamin B9), flavouring (natural plum and blackcurrant), thickener (xanthan gum), potassium iodide (iodine), sodium selenate (selenium), phylloquinone (vitamin K1), D-biotin (vitamin B7), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), adenosylcobalamin (vitamin B12), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).
