Water, diluent (xylitol), griffonia simplicifolia extract (5-hydroxytryptophan), acidity regulator (citric acid), Passiflora incarnata (passionflower) extract, melissa officinalis (lemon balm) extract, preservative (potassium sorbate), natural flavouring (raspberry).
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek and hold for a few seconds before swallowing any excess liquid. Replace the cap after use. Adults: use 5 sprays taken just before bed. 5 sprays contains 50mg of 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan).
Once opened, use within 6 months. Soter at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not exceed recommended dosage - excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication or under medical supervision, please consult a doctor or healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Do not take in conjunction with St John's Wort.
