A Whole-Food Roe Extract, Not A Pressed Oil
Standard omega-3 supplements are pressed fish oil, refined into triglyceride or ethyl ester form. Napiers Arctic Omega-3 is extracted from herring caviar (the roe) where omega-3 fatty acids occur bound to marine phospholipids. Phospholipids are the lipid class that forms cell membranes throughout the body, including in the brain.
