A herbal food supplement traditionally used to support energy levels.

Ashwagandha also known as Indian cherry (Withania somnifera) has a long traditional use as a superfood to support energy levels in times of fatigue and tiredness. The root is ground and powdered and added to warm milk, often in the evening as a nourishing bedtime drink. Traditionally it was mixed with equal parts of ghee and honey. 

Vegetarians and vegans.

Made from pure powdered Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera).

Add a scoop to your favourite juice, energy smoothie or vitality shake. Up to 6 grams a day can be taken.
