Sugar beet and grain ethanol (alcohol), water (aqua), Sanguinaria canadensis (Blood Root), Phytolacca americana (Poke Root), Euphrasia officinalis (Eyebright Herb), Plantago lanceolata (Ribwort Plantain Leaf), Achillea millefolium (Yarrow Herb), Viburnum opulus (Cramp Bark), Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap Herb), Valeriana officinalis (Valerian Root), Capsicum frutescens (Cayenne fruits), Cimicifuga racemosa (Black Cohosh Root), Mahonia aquifolium (Oregon Grape Root). * If you wish to avoid alcohol, put a teaspoonful of the blend into half a cup of hot water from the kettle and wait for five minutes.
